Our highly trained team of expert Psychologists and Psychiatrists regularly take instructions from solicitors and Local Authorities. They provided assessments in both the legal arena for families and individuals involved in legal proceedings (such as Family, Criminal, Civil and Court of Protection), as well as assessments for Local Authorities where families are at the Pre-Proceedings stage.
All our experts are registered with their relevant Professional and Regulatory Body and work within Legal Aid Agency rates. They have experience of working with translators for assessment, attending Court as Expert Witnesses and regularly undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and will travel across the UK and British Isles for assessments.
